about me
"I love working with people, and feel it is an honour to be part of a person's healing"
My journey into natural therapies started after I was ill a few years ago. I had insomnia, which was debilitating, making me feel terrible and affecting all areas of my life. I went to the doctors, who, without asking any questions, promptly prescribed anti-depressants for me - I threw the prescription in the bin and sought an alternative treatment!
After healing myself through a number of different therapies, I decided to study Reflexology and 4 days later I was sat in the class room of the London School of Reflexology!
Once I had started to have a greater understanding of how the body works and how beneficial natural therapies could be I was hooked! Shortly after my move to Australia I met my wonderful Reiki Master, Jacqui Bushell, and did my Reiki training in the Blue Mountains - a wonderful experience!!
As a practitioner I am constantly evolving and I'm now training to be a Nutritionist... who knows where I will go from there! I attend regular postgraduate seminars and training days to ensure my skills and expertise are constantly improving. Learning is a life long journey!
I love working with people, and feel it is an honour to be part of a person's healing. I am passionate about building a strong relationship with my clients to understand their needs and help them with their healing.
I strongly believe that it is imperative to be responsible for your own healing... knowledge is a powerful tool. Reflexology and Reiki can help you understand your body better. By being more aware of your actions and what can cause damage or disease will lead to a healthier, happier you!
